Depressed & Anxious -DBT for the masses

November 1, 2021

It was my first day at a new job and I came here after work to reblog the next book in line.

I looked at the book and decided … NO! I do NOT want to share that!… and went on to the next post, and the one after that.

No, no, and NO!

All too depressing. Seriously.

This particular book may seem a little depressing, as you might have gathered from the part of the title that says, “Depressed”!

But it’s NOT depressing!

It is a HEALING guidebook!

This time? The man was super nice about it and even gave me a lanyard for the trouble.

And so, I am now correctlly spelled with little drama, which I sooooo appreciate!

Today was win/win!

Then, several weeks ago, my friend Becki graciously sent a few books my way and this was among them. I…
